Padmasaliya Matrimonial
Browsing profiles on Padmasaliya Matrimonial is free for every registered member. What is purchased is a credit — a one-time unlock of one family's contact number, jathagam and full profile details. Once a credit is spent on a profile, that profile stays open to the member permanently; unspent credits carry forward and never expire.
There is no recurring subscription to cancel — every credit pack is a single, one-time payment made to the committee by UPI or in person. An order can be cancelled at any time before the activation code is redeemed; once the code has been entered and the credits are in an account, the purchase is treated as complete.
A refund is due, in full, in the following cases:
Once a credit has been successfully spent to unlock a profile's contact details, that credit is non-refundable — the service (revealing the contact information) has already been delivered. Refunds are also not available simply because a member changes their mind after a successful, correctly-priced purchase, or because a family they contacted did not respond or did not proceed with the alliance — these are outside the platform's control.

Once a refund is approved, it is sent back to the UPI ID or bank account the payment came from, or returned in person if it was paid in person. Refunds are sent within 5–7 business days of approval; after that, the time the money takes to appear depends on the bank or UPI app.
Every credit is added through an activation code the committee issues once payment is received. Those credits follow one rule: unspent, they remain valid indefinitely; once spent on a profile, they are not refundable. A code itself, once redeemed into an account, cannot be reversed or transferred to another account.
